- Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

- Returns must be initiated and sent back within 14 days of delivery.

- Any item not meeting these requirements will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your own cost.

- Please allow 3–5 business days for your return to be processed once received by our team.

Full-Priced Items
Items purchased at full price are eligible for:

- Store credit for the full value of the product

Discounted & Promotional Purchases
Items purchased with a promotional code or discount are eligible for:

- Exchange

Final Sale
All items marked Final Sale cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited, unless deemed faulty.

Additional Information
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you choose to return an item via another method, we recommend using a trackable service, as lost parcels remain the customer’s responsibility.
