Shipping policy
Australia
All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post.
- Standard Delivery (2–8 business days): Complimentary for orders over $300 AUD or $12 for orders under $300
- Express Delivery (1–4 business days): $15 flat rate
If you’re not home to receive your parcel and there’s no safe place to leave it, Australia Post will leave a card with instructions for collection at your nearest Post Office.
New Zealand
Orders are shipped via DHL Express (2–5 business days) — free for purchases over $350 AUD or $30 for orders below this amount.
Rest of the World
International Express deliveries are managed through DHL Express, while Standard International shipments are sent via DHL Ecommerce.

- Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details and courier information.
- Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the next business day. During collection launches or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer than usual.
- Please ensure that your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout, as we’re unable to make changes once your order has been processed.
- We’re not responsible for any delays caused by postal services, customs procedures, or other external factors beyond our control.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the cost of reshipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
